Purpose and scope of our code of ethics

We firmly believe that ethical and responsible behaviour is essential to providing our customers with products and services of the highest quality, in a relationship of trust, integrity, honesty and transparency.

Complying with and enforcing applicable laws and regulations at all times and in all places.

We have therefore created this code of ethics, which is to govern our activity. All MOINSA employees, collaborators and suppliers must be fully committed to assuming this code as their own, aware of our role as the upholder of the company’s image and values.

The obligations of any internal or external collaborating company include being familiar with the code itself, its application, the commitment to consult the organisation’s managers in the event of doubt, and express reporting of any breaches.

Moreover, this code can be adapted in the future to the extent required by the environment and the business situation. It does not strive to be exhaustive: situations that are not included must be treated in line with good governance criteria.

Our workforce

We provide our human capital with safe, healthy working environments that promote cooperation and creativity.

We believe that diversity, respect and equal opportunities are a source of wealth and value for the company.

We offer training programmes and the same development opportunities to the company’s entire workforce, in accordance with their commitment, performance and results.

We make our company the focal point for the experience we have gained throughout our history, for innovation and for talent.

We encourage staff to participate in decision-making, and we actively listen to their opinion; we seek the most useful formula for collaboration to ensure a balance of personal, family, professional and academic interests.

We believe knowledge of the code and its application to be a guarantee of coexistence and optimum collaboration for the entire workforce, and we therefore make it known to new talent during onboarding.

Our relationship with the environment

We aim to mitigate the impact of our business on the environment, optimising the use of our resources, seeking sources of energy that reduce emissions, proposing and promoting the use of sustainable, harmless materials, and reducing, recycling and reusing the waste that our activity generates. We measure and record our impact in order to reduce it.

We disclose practices of responsible consumption and environmental respect among the workforce and our collaborating companies. We include environment-friendly technologies and resources in our processes.

Responsible use of our resources

We apply a culture of austerity in our activity. The responsible use of resources is an obligation of the entire workforce: the proper use of tools, the best use of materials and the correct management of our time result in greater benefits for our clientele and guarantee the future of the company.
The resources and the name of MOINSA must be used only in benefit of the company itself.

Our customers, business partners and other stakeholders

We want to exceed our customers’ expectations, providing the highest service quality and excellence, and establishing relationships of trust, transparency and assurance.

We address our commitments with complete honesty and respect for the law. We aim to provide the utmost satisfaction in our customers through the peace of mind that comes from a job well done, providing comprehensive solutions to their needs.

Our commitment applies to the entire supply chain. Our suppliers and partners must assume our code of ethics as their own, throughout its scope: guaranteeing safe working environments and abiding strictly by the law, free from situations of workplace harassment and offering equal treatment and opportunities to all their staff; respecting and protecting the environment from the impact of their activity, applying energy saving, resource consumption and waste treatment and recycling policies; rejecting questionable or illegal commercial and tax practices, and carrying out their activity within a framework of great professionalism and commitment. And protecting the integrity of intellectual property and the confidentiality of information regarding MOINSA and its customers.

All collaborating companies must therefore sign the letter of commitment to work with MOINSA. We also manage the participation of our collaborating companies by assessing quality, profitability and service criteria.

We prioritise collaboration with local and proximity-based companies, aware of the positive social impact of economic activity. We assume a role of active citizenship by collaborating with the social environment in which we do business.
