Moinsa Group is committed to Quality, Environmental Management, Health and Safety and Sustainable Development as guiding factors of its Integrated System Policy.
Our purpose is to help companies get the maximum performance and functionality out of their business, through the design and production of equipment and furniture for commercial spaces and the provision of comprehensive and technological solutions.
With a focus on continuous improvement, we seek solutions for the market by applying our pillars: experience, innovation, commitment and sustainability.
The integrated Quality, Environmental Management and Health and Safety Policy is based on these pillars, based on the following principles:
- Commitment to achieving full customer satisfaction through detailed monitoring of projects, being faithful to the requirements, specifications, expectations and procedures that ensure their expectations.
- Commitment to carry out work in an environment of continuous improvement, both in action procedures and in relationships with interest groups, establishing and periodically reviewing objectives.
- The qualification, training of personnel and optimization of resources constitute an unavoidable commitment for the Company and its workers.
- The task of improving quality and protecting the environment by carrying out whatever actions are necessary, advocating that development is compatible with sustainability, and preventing pollution.
- Commitment to providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injuries and deterioration of health due to work, implementing measures to avoid/eliminate the dangers/risks associated with our activities, and taking into account any opportunities that arise to minimize the risks to those to which workers are exposed, counting on their participation and consultation.
- Commitment to comply with the applicable legal requirements, as well as any other requirement to which Grupo Moinsa voluntarily subscribes.
- Commitment to providing the material, human and financial resources necessary to achieve all the objectives set and improve the integrated management system, betting on new technologies, appropriately trained and motivated collaborators and betting on economic sustainability as the financial basis of development.

Information Security Policy
At MOINSA we are committed to guaranteeing the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information in all aspects related to our activity:
“Comprehensive projects for the adaptation and improvement of commercial spaces, hotels, restaurants and offices. Development of automation solutions to optimize the operations and logistics facilities of our clients.”
To meet these commitments, we implement and maintain an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 27001:2022 standard. Our information security policy is based on the following principles:
- Commitment of Senior Management: MOINSA Senior Management is committed to
providing the necessary resources and leading the implementation and continuous
improvement of the ISMS. - Legal and Regulatory Compliance: We are committed to complying with all applicable
laws, regulations and standards related to information security in our sector. - Asset Identification and Risk Assessment: We identify and assess information assets
critical to our services. We carry out risk assessments on a regular basis to ensure the safetyof these assets. - Security in Human Resources: We provide information security training to our staff and
promote a culture of security, guaranteeing the awareness and responsibility of all
employees. - Access Management and Control: We implement appropriate access controls to ensure that only those authorized have access to information relevant to their functions.
- Security in Operations and Communications: We maintain secure procedures for our
operations and communications, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of information
throughout the life cycle. - Incident Management and Business Continuity: We have an incident response plan and a business continuity plan to minimize the impact of security incidents and ensure the efficient recovery of our operations.
- Continuous Improvement: We are committed to continually review and improve our ISMS to adapt to changes in the business environment and emerging threats.
This information security policy is communicated and kept available to all interested parties. All employees, contractors and third parties working with MOINSA are responsible for complying with this policy and contributing to the success of the ISMS.
